Only what you are all expecting...

from a bad blogger....you all know that I always make several posts at once...
well someone has to be different, huh?

Now, those of you that know me, are well aware that I do not do 'pretty' but I thought I would try so from pretty pink cakes to Les Macarons.

If I'd have known you were coming......

I'd have baked a cake....
I remember a song with that title by the wonderful Gracie Fields - I believe she recorded it in the early fifties, I remember my Gran singing along to it when I was very young.
So I baked one for you all and thought I would add it to the top of my blog.

Well I made up lots of fruit cake mix so I made some more Christmas Cakes.
Don't forget, if you want to be considered for the giveaway, the closing date is Sunday!
PS. I hope these photos are ok - I have a new photo package on my computer and I am struggling a bit!

SIMPLES (as the Meerkat says on the TV ads!! lol)

Pudsey Fair, yesterday....

We had a lovely day - caught up lots with 'old' friends and regular Customers.
It seemed a much slower day than normal and the Visitors seemed to walk around for a long time before they began to buy anything.
I sold my Cat on a crate and the buckets of Mussels and Oysters (featured in a recent blog) and quite a bit of  Tudor and WW2  food also.
I didn't think we had done very well but had a pleasant surprise when we got home and 'totted' up!

Our stand was next to Debie - Piskies and Poppets, so there was a great deal of chattering going on but we managed to find a minute to pose for a photograph!!
Thank you for putting on a really good show, Doreen!

Finally ...the preparations for Christmas have sent me nuts!!!
